Design
GIAP offers integrated design solutions, including with the use of state-of-the-art BIM technologies for both standalone units and entire plants. We are in possession of all the permits and licenses that are required for engineering of chemical and refinery plants, from plain to elaborate ones. GIAP offered services cover all project phases from its earlier stages until start-up and ramp-up to design performance. The selection of modern 3D CAD applications and competences of our employees make us eligible for participation in Digital Twin projects and ventures involving leading international and Russian companies.
Basic Designing
During the stage of Basic Designing GIAP is ready to determine for you the main process parameters of the future Project. During this stage you will receive the data and comprehensive information about GIAP basic technology, starting from the general information about technology to recommendations for operation of Plant under design. Development time depends on the scope of work. This stage is the foundation of further chain of activities for new production plant development.
Development of Design Documentation
The structure of design departments, included in GIAP, covers the whole package of Project design works. This allows us to perform Project Documentation in all parts and according to technical norms of CIS and European Union countries. Our team suggests services for integrated design of process units and facilities, as well as we can provide services for development of separate sections of Project Documentation. Also GIAP performs designing of infrastructure facilities of civil and social nature in any regions and climatic conditions.
Development of Detail Design Documentation
Development of documents is performed in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 21.1101-2013 “System of design documents for construction; main requirements for design and detail design documentation” and GOSTs System of design documents for construction; main detail drawings sets, as well as in accordance with decisions, specified in Design Documentation, passed Expert Review (in case of two-stage designing).
