Ammonia Plant Revamping with Expansion to 2100 tpd
Such revamping efforts may include the following engineering arrangements, but not limited to:
• Debottlenecking of reforming – installation of heat-exchanging reactor;
• Revamping of СО2 removal system;
• Installation of additional ammonia converter;
• Upgrade of air compressor;
• Upgrade of natural gas compressor and turbine;
• Upgrade of syngas compressor and turbine;
• Addition of syngas dryer;
• Addition of saturator;
• Addition of process condensate stripping.
