Revamping of Unit АС-72 with expansion to 2400 tpd and emission reduction
Such revamping efforts include the following engineering arrangements:
1. Enhanced air flow to the tower for molten ammonia nitrate cooling and solidification.
2. Use of vibro prillers for uniform reflux of the tower cross section and avoiding melt sticking to the tower walls.
3. Revamping of the cooling unit to expand the fluidized bed cooler and to increase the air conditioning unit capacity.
4. Addition of a pretreatment unit for steam-air mix from evaporators.
5. Revamping of the existing scrubber.
