Revamping of Unit АС-60 with reduction in atmospheric emissions
Such revamping efforts may include the following engineering arrangements:
1. Addition of post-evaporation stage for ammonia nitrate boiling off to a highly concentrated melt (min. 99.7% wt.) and melt transfer to the top of prilling tower
2. Upgrade of multi-compartment fluidized bed cooler for ammonia nitrate pellets and air conditioning unit
3. Upgrade of atmospheric gas emission treatment system.
