Thanks to the skills improvement system, in the first half of 2023, GIAP's managing staff and professionals underwent training in TsNTI Progress and using the platform of FAU GlavGosEkspertiza of Russia. The courses helped the employees get an insight into the updated rules of how design and detail design packages shall be finalized, and review the design solutions for engineering support to expert reviews at different levels.
The GGE platform tutors not only shared their experience at unique facilities of national significance for the Russian Federation, but spoke of the hints how to pass expert reviews in a prompt and successful fashion. Such experience became really useful for GIAP’s employees: they are now looking forward to using the lessons learned to optimize the operational processes.
The courses held by TsNTI Progress turned out to be no less attracting as a unique discipline-specific course was chosen to cater each specialist. Assessment of engineering documentation compliance, updated requirements for state and non-state review documents, hints to preparing executive summaries – the above and other topics were taught to GIAP’s specialists by the training center tutors and experts.
The company intends to keep moving forward by helping our employees become proficient in office applications based on Bauman Training Center “Specialist”. Thus, the company will not only promote the level of technical competence, but speed up routine tasks.
