A fling of team spirit!
Chemist's Day events were held in the cities where GIAP operates. Hundreds of employees took part in the award ceremony, parade and other festive activities that helped the company's staff get closer to each other and declare with confidence: "We are the team!".
The Chemist's Day is a special festivity for GIAP, as today the company remains a leader among the industry technology providers. GIAP employs talented employees who attend various events, however the Chemist's Day stands apart from them.
The year of 2023 eventually relieved the burden of the COVID pandemic that made it possible to deploy a full-scale holiday program. In Moscow and Novomoskovsk, the employees with the highest KPI results received a citation from the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation, the city administration and GIAP. In Novomoskovsk, they also updated their Board of Honor, where you can now see the photos of specialists that got merited for their performance.
A culinary master class hosted by a chef and a participant in the TV show "Battle of the Chefs” was organized for employees of the Togliatti office. The team members were able not only to enjoy delicious food, but also to find out a couple of secrets from the cooking guru.
And in Dzerzhinsk, the Chemist's Day was celebrated on a special scale. The case is that it has the status of a chemists’ city, and celebrates its City Day and Chemist's Day on the same day. The GIAP team prepared thoroughly for such an event: apart from usual entertainments and awards, its specialists took part in a real parade! Corporate colors in clothing, brand marks, flags and banner of the company – a file of 100 GIAP employees and their relatives looked really impressive.
The company is not be complacent with what we are at now, because the success of more than 90 years of well-coordinated and efficient team work lies in sincere care for employees and continuous development of the corporate culture.
