The Research and Practice Conference “INFOCHEM” on Nitric Acid Production Development was held on November 27-28, 2019 in Veliky Novgorod. The Conference was attended by leading companies, manufacturers of nitric acid and fertilizers and also service and product providers for chemical industry.
The GIAP Group of Companies was represented by Viktor Zhulin, Deputy Commercial Director of OJSC “GIAP” and Pavel Ageev, Sales and Marketing Director of “NIAP”, LLC. Among the Conference topics were issues of actual status and development prospects of Nitric Acid Production, in particular, a lot of attention was paid to the start-up of 2 new nitric acids plants of PJSC “Acron”. GIAP presented the report dealing with the Gas Turbine Plant (GTU-8) that is successfully operated by new nitric acid plants.
The Conference was not limited to meetings; guests were invited to Acron’s production site. The Conference became a great platform for sharing experiences and fruitful discussions.
