TOMET, LLC started a Project on Technical Re-Equipment of the existing Methanol Plant in order to ensure stable plant operation at a capacity of at least 1600 tpd as well as to improve its energy efficiency. The Licensor and Contractors for the main engineering services have been chosen in early July.

Technical Re-Equipment of synthesis section is carried out using the Haldor Topsoe technology. The Danish company will provide the Basic Engineering Design and supply reactor equipment. Specialists of Moscow GIAP Company will provide the rest of Engineering Services for this Project. TOMET, LLC with support of its engineering partners expects to significantly increase the product output, while improving its operating performance. The start of the construction works is scheduled for November 2019. Planned Project implementation date is the 4th quarter of 2020.
