Start of the new school season
This year's ceremony of opening exercises was held in all Russian schools on the 2nd day of September. In 2024, 21 children of GIAP staff members began to learn for the first time.
Company specialists from Moscow, Dzerzhinsk, Novomoskovsk and Togliatti accompanied their first-graders on their first journey into adult life. On the occasion of the Knowledge Day, GIAP provided parents of the 1st-4th graders with a paid day off, giving them the opportunity to give their hearts to young school kids on the first day of the new academic year.
GIAP regularly organizes events for the children of the Company's members. This spring the traditional "Going to work with parents" event was held in all locations of the Company, which helped the younger generation to get acquainted with the peculiarities of their parents' activities, and high school students to decide on their choice of profession. After the career guidance event, many scholars chose the profession of an engineer and in the future will prepare to enter relevant universities.
