GIAP’s school for young professionals
Business growth is directly associated with staff development, since young specialists mainly form a secret weapon of the company. Today, a system approach helps to manage interface with young generation. Starting from the first day, experienced specialists step by step acquaint ex-students with the facts of things telling about specific work of divisions.
Everything starts with studying of industrial safety norms, GOSTs and reference documents whereafter young engineers move on the most interesting – familiarization with specialized software and exercising of real tasks. Qualification grows in stages, and the employees are soon getting involved into development of technical solutions for current projects of the company.
One of important tasks of the couch is to define strong points of a trainee since every future expert of GIAP grows at its own pace and has its individualities. For example, Process Engineer Danila (member of Process Dpt. Group) continues surprising his colleagues with his sincere interest and level of knowledge in industrial safety, and Сivil Engineer Mikhail (member of Civil Dpt. Group) demonstrates advanced level of technical competence – young specialist got into major part of specialized programs by himself. This progress is also confirmed by their coaches – Lead Engineer of Process Dpt. Group Ms. Antonina Doronina and Chief Specialist of Civil Dpt. Mr. Dmitry Sukhorukov.
The specialist of Process Dpt. Artem is not behind his colleagues. Already during education he managed to apply gained knowledge when preparing scientific study.
Universities today do not produce trained designers and therefore in GIAP a young graduate will never hear a standard phrase calling to forget the lesson learned at the university, but high-end chemical professionals – GIAP mentors – will on the contrary help to fill in gaps in knowledge and to put both gained skills and new ones to the work.
