GIAP’s Managers have boosted their skills
A corporate business training “Core skills of a manager” was arranged in GIAP. This was a short training activity for GIAP’s Management from Moscow, Dzerzhinsk and Novomoskovsk aimed to advance management skills.
During training such issues were discussed as the area of responsibility of a manager, methods to give priorities under multi-task conditions, what is an effective business team and how a manager can create it, staff motivation and authority delegation problems.
“Such trainings offer our team an opportunity to constantly learn, develop and upgrade skills. This improves the competence which shall meet ever-growing market requirements, contributes to career opportunities and raises motivation. Our specialists acquire new knowledge and skills allowing to advance themselves in profession, to work in a more efficient way and contribute to the success raising our company to a new level,” said the Chief Executive Officer of OJSC GIAP Egor Krivchun.
Continuous training of GIAP staff allows to acquire actual knowledge using new training methods, in particular business trainings. This improves perception of material and trainability. Such form of education is very useful enabling to master new effective methods of solving routine business tasks under technical management of the trainer with consideration of market specifics and with further practical consolidation of knowledge in communication, management and self-management situations simulated during training.
