Opening doors to future graduates
GIAP continues systematic work with the industry-specific institutions of secondary and higher professional education. This time, employees of the GIAP Novomoskovsk branch office conducted an excursion for young process engineers of the State Polytechnic College which is one of the oldest talent-factory of the secondary professional education in the Tula Region.
The main purpose of the excursion was to familiarize the growing generation with the Company and challenges of the chemical industry. GIAP managers told the guests about the role of chemistry in people's life, and also demonstrated the construction stages of chemical production facilities emphasizing the key role of the process engineers.
During the visit, the students were able to meet the specialists of the Company's production departments and communicate with the heads of the divisions. At the end of the excursion, a question-and-answer session was arranged, after which the representatives of the younger generation received handy corporate gifts.
GIAP has been working with universities and colleges for many years. In this way, the company not only forms an effective talent pool and maintains the system of generation succession, but also develops new approaches to solving production challenges. Interaction with educational institutions of secondary and higher professional education has a positive impact on brand recognition and loyalty level among the youth.
