JSC GIAP takes part in a strategic project for construction of nitrogen fertilizer plant in the Chechen Republic
GIAP became an active participant of a large-scale investment project — construction of nitrogen fertilizer plant in the Chechen Republic.
The main target of the project implementation is creation of a state-of-the-art nitrogen fertilizer production plant meeting actual requirements of environmental and industrial safety.
Among expected social and economic effects – creation of about 1000 new jobs, development incentives for the industrial sector of the Region and strengthening of economic potential of the Chechen Republic.
The project is under active elaboration with participation by the relevant authorities and financial institutions.
JSC GIAP specialists are involved into elaboration of the issue with respect to key production technologies, development of potential schemes of project implementation and preparation of the feasibility study.
During the video-conference meeting, Rustam Shaptukaev, the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Chechen Republic — Minister of Economic and Regional Development of the Chechen Republic said that as of today a project office involving relevant specialists has been organized, trading company “Chechenazot” has been established, technical assignment for feasibility study development has been agreed upon with potential credit investors - VEB.RF, VTB and Gazprombank.
The project work is being carried out within the national project “Infrastructure for life” aimed to achieve the target values of the national objective “Comfortable and safe environment for life”. The construction of the plant will become a driver for development of industrial sector of the Chechen Republic, will strengthen food security of the Region and the country in general
