Keeping track of regulatory changes in the Republic of Belarus
GIAP specialists from Novomoskovsk, Dzerzhinsk and Togliatti have successfully passed certification for the right to develop Project Documentation in the Republic of Belarus.
The need for a new certification arose after the legislation changes of the Republic came into force in July 2024.
The specialists of GIAP as a General Designer are obliged to undergo regular certification in the Republican Unitary Enterprise (RUE) “Belstroycenter”, however, in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus dd. April 15, 2024 No. 26, it was necessary to undergo additional certification for the sections "Communication and Alarm, Video Surveillance", "Construction Management", "Technical Solutions for Motor Roads".
Legislative acts applicable to design and construction in Russia and the Republic of Belarus have similar features, however, there are also differences that should be considered.
The first stage of preparation was the selection of specialists. The selection was based on the employees having industry-specific diploma and at least 5 years of work experience in design organizations. After selection, the team started intensive training, which included a detailed study of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus. Within a month, the specialists studied an average of 700 questions in their discipline, thus allowing them to update their knowledge required for successful certification.
The final testing was conducted online: all specialists successfully passed the test and demonstrated a high level of proficiency.
Now RUE "Belstroycenter" is preparing personal certificates for the specialists and a new certificate of Project Documentation developer with an extended list of sections for GIAP.
The certificates of specialists will be valid for five years and will be useful when working on current and future projects in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
Passing the certification was a confirmation of the high level of expertise in the company, comprehensive experience of employees. It also demonstrates GIAP's readiness to support the development of the nitrogen industry in Russia and the CIS.
