GIAP specialists’ professionalism was validated by NOPRIZ (National Association of Designers and Surveyors)
Company employees passed the procedure of independent qualification estimation and based on its results GIAP engineering personnel confirmed its membership in the national registry of specialists in the sphere of engineering surveys and architectural-civil design.
For many years membership of engineering companies’ staff in NOPRIZ and NOSTROY has been not only a symbol of professionalism but also the assurance of product quality.
Membership in the registry plays an important role for entrance into SRO “Sovet Proektirovschikov” (Self-regulating organization “Council of design engineers”). According to the requirements the company may become a member of the association (SRO) upon condition that at least two managers of that company are registered in NOPRIZ. Keeping the leadership among technology providers in its field of activity, GIAP has SRO membership and nowadays is performing design activities at extremely hazardous, technically sophisticated and unique facilities.
It’s worth mentioning, that before to become a NOPRIZ member it was sufficient to have a valid qualification upgrade certificate, relevant employment period and education. However now in accordance with Order No.286/пр dd. 15.04.2022 of the Ministry of the RF and amendments in Article 55.5-1 of the Urban-Planning Code of the RF starting from September 1, 2022 all the specialists intending to work professionally in the sphere of engineering surveys and development of Project documentation shall necessarily pass an independent qualification estimation at least once every five years.
As was informed by GIAP QA specialist Nadezhda Budargina, if a specialist has at least 5 year overall general labour experience in specialty (the list of which is approved by the Ministry of Construction of the RF), he can pass independent qualification estimation and apply for NOPRIZ membership.
That was done by GIAP Chief Project Engineers, Project Managers, chief specialists and departments heads, because membership in the National registry of specialists (NOPRIZ/NOSTROY) is required for comprehensive fulfillment of job duties, such as development of Project documentation, its verification with signature and submission to Main State Expertize authorities (GGE). The results are more than encouraging – all the company specialists who passed independent qualification estimation received a document certifying successful verification in accordance with 7th level of qualification.
Independent qualification estimation of GIAP staff is still ongoing. According to company schedule specialists will have to be included into NOPRIZ by the end of 2023 which will prove once again wide experience of GIAP specialists and high expertize level in the company.
