Russian Ski Run – GIAP among participants
GIAP’s employees took part in mass winter ski fest uniting more than 1.5 million sports fan from all over Russia.
In Novomoskovsk, the company’s specialists took part in the event together with their families. For them, the ski race is a kind of tradition as they give themselves a try at different distances every year. The race became a special event for Dzerzhinsk Office’s colleagues, whose children are newbies to this sport.
GIAP’s specialist are regular participant in such events, as sports engagement support is a key element of the company’s social policy. Joint activities help the colleagues build the team spirit and unformal communication. Thus, sports become a tool of improving work process and fostering team environment.
