Respect for the past is the key to the future success
With a view to support and develop the continuity of generations, the GIAP’s Novomoskovsk office held a meeting with Institute’s former employees dedicated to the company’s 65th anniversary.
A vital aspect of balanced and successful development of the GIAP’s team is the unique experience and knowledge sharing system, which helps the young specialists broaden their professional expertise and keep the old-timers informed of the latest innovations.
In honor of the festivity, the GIAP’s Novomoskovsk office admitted more than 80 Institute’s former specialists who spent long years working for the company’s sake. The remembrances rushed in as early as in the lobby where the veterans were greeted with souvenirs and acknowledgements for their input into the growth of the Institute and nitrogen industry.
The guests were offered festive events where the old-timers could make a tour of the office, talk to the young talents and, of course, recall their past years at the festive table. Work on drafting boards, site visits, teletype – that is what the specialists were delighted to speak of while recalling the stories from their past work.
The tradition of regular meetings with company veterans exists in GIAP for many years already. In our company, we are confident that by only showing respect for our 90-year history and learning from its lessons, the company will keep its dynamic pace forward to the future.
