The quality of documentation for the Amur GCC is confirmed
GIAP specialists have successfully completed R&D support of project documentation for the ”Amur Gas Chemical Complex (GCC). OSBL facilities” for JSC NIPIGAS.
The GIAP team analyzed the initial data specified in the structural calculations and checked the boundary conditions. Another task of the specialists was to verify the structural model by performing concurrent calculations.
The representatives of JSC NIPIGAS noted the full compliance of the completed works with the requirements of GOST 27751-2014 in terms of quality control of project documentation, and also thanked GIAP for assistance in obtaining GGE approval on the project.
The complex will be constructed 15 kilometers away from Svobodny town in the Amur Region. The production capacity of the GCC will be 2.7 million tons of finished products per year. The facility will produce polyethylene and polypropylene of various commercial grades from ethane, propane and butane, which will be supplied from the neighboring Amur Gas Processing Plant.
