At the start of career in GIAP
GIAP is supporting the development of the federal educational project “Professionalitet” and is collaborating with high school and vocational secondary education institutions. In this regard management and leading specialists of GIAP Novomoskovsk branch gave a tour for students of Polytechnical college – one of the most proven sources of manpower in the town.
The tour was arranged for the 3rd year students who study “Chemical technology of non-organic substances”. The younger generation got to know the history of GIAP Group of Companies, its main fields of activities and unique technologies.
Students were especially impressed by 3D-engineering possibilities and saw a real model being currently developed by GIAP specialists.
The tour was also useful for the team of college teachers who showed interest in process and ecological aspects of GIAP technologies.
- Nowadays there is no high school and vocational secondary education institution which can graduate design engineers. That means we are the ones who need to bring up real industry professionals. The best industry specialists who work in GIAP are eager to share their knowledge and experience with recent graduates for them to gain skills. Federal educational project “Professionalitet” is expected to become an engine for integrated restart of vocational secondary education. The main task of the project consists in implementation of new practice-oriented educational programs and large-scale training of specialists of demanded professions such as chemical technology professions. In this respect GIAP Group of Companies stands at the cutting edge of innovative technologies and can offer interesting advanced projects to young generation and develop its creative potential.
The tour around Novomoskovsk Branch of GIAP showed once again that such events are very effective. GIAP cares about intergenerational continuity and training of recent graduates, therefore Novomoskovsk Branch of GIAP plans to arrange more such students’ tours. Next time GIAP will host students of Novomoskovsk Branch of Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia (RKhTU im. D.I. Mendeleeva).
