GIAP provides students of Russian Chemical Technology University named after D.I. Mendeleev and RTU MIREA (Russian Technology University Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation) with professional growth opportunities

The Company establishes co-operation with higher education institutions, keeping on accumulating the best professional staff in its team.

Being conscious of the need to evolve a system of generational continuity, GIAP successfully co-operates with specialized educational and business communities, which has a positive impact on the company's activities.

The first example of such synergy was the interaction between GIAP and Russian Chemical Technology University named after D.I. Mendeleev, for whose students visits to the Moscow office and closer acquaintance with the Company were organized. Anxious representatives of the younger generation will have the opportunity to take internships and practices in the Company.

The second university with successful co-operation was the Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies named after Lomonosov, which is part of the Russian Technological University (RTU MIREA). In early summer, representatives of GIAP visited the University and took part in the Science Day events. During the visit, GIAP CEO, Egor Krivchun, awarded the winners of the annual Olympiad ‘Processes and Apparatus of Chemical Technology’ and shared his experience of professional growth. Later, the students also visited the Company's office, where the employees told about GIAP's 90-year history, its own natural gas processing technologies, the Company's current projects, as well as opportunities for internships and traineeships. In the future, if desired, representatives of the student community will be able to become members of the GIAP team - one of the leaders among the industry's technology providers.

“When it comes to creation of a professional team, we need to take a proactive approach. By providing students with opportunities to solve real-life problems and constantly practice, we help producing the best talented who will eventually become the backbone of GIAP and continue developing the Russian chemical industry,” said Egor Krivchun, GIAP Group CEO.

Collaborative relationship with universities and work with rising generation help GIAP solving several tasks at once: to provide personnel for the Company's work, form a talent pool and support the human resources, get a fresh look and develop new approaches with the help of interns and young specialists, attract personnel to the Company's habitat, increase brand recognition and loyalty among young adults.
