GIAP signed a strategic cooperation agreement with GPB Engineering
JSC GPB Engineering became a JSC GIAP’s partner specializing in industrial construction projects and providing financial support on behalf of Gazprombank.
The key purpose of GIAP and GPB Engineering will be joint implementation of EPC and EP projects in the gas chemistry sector. GIAP will act as a technology partner providing its proprietary technologies of producing ammonia, methanol and associated derivative products. Thus, the cooperation will extend the existing company’s competences and make it possible to offer comprehensive project solutions to the customers from the single source of responsibility and with optimal schedules. Another advantage of the cooperation will be maximized localization of all project stages – technologies, design, procurement and construction – in Russia.
The basic market segments for GIAP and GPB Engineering are gas processing, gas chemistry and chemical industries of Russia and CIS states.
GIAP acts as the focus of process and engineering competences in the gas chemistry sector, and provides comprehensive support to producers of mineral fertilizers, methanol and organic synthesis products for more than 90 years.
