GIAP opens Technical Expert Center
GIAP based Technical Expert Center (TEC) will solve industrial safety issues for mineral fertilizers plants and adjacent sectors of the chemical industry.
The Center will offer the services related to industrial safety audit, equipment condition survey and industrial safety expert review.
The Center specialists will be involved in comprehensive examination of industrial facilities to review for compliance with the regulatory and engineering documents. The job list will also include assessment of the scope of hazardous industrial facility survey and review of possibilities to extend time between repairs. In addition, the key tasks of TEC specialists will be equipment diagnostics to issue an industrial safety expert review (ISER) statement and assessment of further safe operation.
With all required licenses in place, GIAP’s TEC operates its own laboratory entitled to implement thermovision, visual and dimensional, ultrasonic, acoustic emission, and other inspection methods.
The Technical Expert Center employs former RosTekhNadzor’s officers, highly skilled professionals – industrial safety experts, all with an extensive experience of work at JSC OCC URALCHEM, PJSC Akron, JSC NAK Azot, and other facilities.
At the moment, GIAP is a domestic technology licensor in the nitrogen industry, and specializes in development and delivery of up-to-date equipment for mineral fertilizers plants, engineering and implementation of specialist turn-key projects. The acquired experience in engineering and upgrade, scientific and expert framework deliver high performance of equipment at optimal CAPEX.
