GIAP: 95 years of technologies
JSC GIAP, the leading licensor of the nitrogen industry, has successfully held a topical workshop within the 4th International Forum “Mineral Fertilizers PRO” in Sochi.
The event was held under the slogan “GIAP. Creating of Technologies since 1931” and became a standout event in celebration of the 95th anniversary of the State Institute of Nitrogen.
During the workshop, the company representatives described in detail the methods of improving efficiency of ammonia plants, modernization of the heat energized package within one of the current projects of GIAP, optimum configuration of ammonia-urea complexes, experience in ammonia synthesis columns revamping and methods to optimize operation of the nitric acid and ammonium nitrate plants.
Leading industry specialists took part in the workshop — representatives of clients, partners and process equipment vendors: EuroChem, Nevinnomyssky Azot, Minudobreniya, enterprises of Azot Group of Companies and Roskhim Group of Companies, NZMU, Uralkhim, PhosAgro, Entechmach, Shchekinoazot, Infinite Group, Resol and others. The workshop was concluded with numerous congratulations to GIAP on its 95th anniversary.
